Sign the contract and access the platform

Before you can accept delivery jobs, you need to sign the courier contract. This signature is what unlocks access to the platform.

Sign the contract

1. After your file is verified, the app invites you to review the contract.
2. Read it, then sign directly on screen (with your finger).
3. Confirm: your signed contract is saved.

Why this screen keeps coming back

Access to the platform is blocked until the contract is signed. If you're redirected to the contract screen, it means your signature is still pending or couldn't be saved.

If you're stuck

• Check your connection, then try signing again.
• Make sure your file has actually been verified: the contract comes after verification.
• If the screen stays stuck even after a successful signature, contact support.
