Sign-up and verification

To carry parcels on SeLiMa, you need to create a courier account and have your file verified. This step builds trust between senders and couriers.

Create a courier account

1. On the courier welcome screen, choose Create an account.
2. Enter your information and confirm your email / phone number.

Put together your verification file

From the verification screen, complete the requested documents (ID document, driving license, vehicle information, etc.). Make sure your documents are clear and legible to avoid rejection.

Verification tracking

• Your file switches to under review status once submitted.
• The app automatically updates the status of your file: it switches to verified as soon as the team approves it.
• Until your file is verified, access to delivery jobs stays limited.

If a document is rejected, you'll be told why. Fix the document in question and submit it again. Next step: sign the contract.
