Accept an offer and pay

Accepting an offer confirms your agreement with the courier and triggers payment. It's this payment that officially creates the shipment.

Steps

1. In the negotiation thread, tap Accept the offer.
2. The other offers on the listing are automatically declined.
3. You'll land on the payment screen.

Payment methods

Payment is made by mobile money:

• MVola
• Orange Money
• Airtel Money

Choose your operator, enter the requested number and transaction reference, then confirm.

After payment

• The shipment is created and the courier is notified to arrange pickup.
• You can track progress in My shipments.

If the payment fails, don't try repeatedly: check your mobile money balance, then try again. If the issue persists, contact support.
