Track my parcel

Once the shipment is created, you can follow its progress in real time all the way to delivery.

Where to track

• From My shipments, open the shipment in question.
• Each shipment has a unique tracking reference.

The statuses

Tracking shows a timeline of steps, for example:

• Awaiting pickup — the courier is on their way to collect the parcel.
• Out for delivery — the parcel has been picked up and is on its way.
• Delivered — the parcel has been handed to the recipient.

Sharing tracking

The tracking reference can be viewed by anyone with the link: handy for keeping the recipient informed without giving them access to your account.

Tracking shows nothing?

• Check that payment was actually completed (tracking starts once the shipment is created).
• If the reference can't be found, reopen the shipment from My shipments to retrieve the correct reference.
