Earnings, balance, and withdrawals

The Earnings section lets you track the money you've made from your jobs and withdraw it.

Track my earnings

• Balance: the amount available, ready to be withdrawn.
• Earnings history: the breakdown of what your completed missions have brought in.

Request a withdrawal

1. From the Earnings screen, choose Withdraw.
2. Enter the amount and the receiving mobile money account (MVola, Orange Money, or Airtel Money).
3. Confirm the request: it's then processed by the team.

Timing and tracking

• A withdrawal request appears in your history with its status (processing, paid…).
• Payout times depend on the mobile money operator.

Balance doesn't match?

• Only completed missions feed your available balance.
• A withdrawal request in progress is already deducted from your withdrawable balance.
• If a discrepancy persists, contact support with the relevant references.
