Negotiate with a courier

Each offer opens a message thread with the courier. You can exchange messages there and agree on a price before committing.

How it works

1. From the list of offers, open a courier's conversation.
2. At the top of the thread, a card reminds you of the courier's offer (amount + message).
3. Write your message: ask your questions (timing, precautions, price) and suggest an amount if you'd like to negotiate.
4. The courier can revise their offer in response. The new amount appears in the card at the top of the thread.

Tips

• Stay polite and specific: clearly state your constraints (fragility, timing, difficult access).
• Pull the thread down to refresh the conversation and see the latest messages.
• Nothing is binding until you accept the offer.

Once you agree, tap Accept the offer in the card, then move on to payment.
