Manage my missions

When a sender accepts your proposal and pays, a mission is created: this is the transport job to carry out, from pickup to delivery.

Find my missions

• The Missions tab groups your jobs, sorted by stage.
• A proposal that's accepted but awaiting payment from the sender stays locked: the mission only really starts once payment is completed.

The delivery cycle

Move the mission forward as the transport progresses:

1. Awaiting pickup — pick up the parcel at the address given.
2. Out for delivery — you have the parcel and are on your way.
3. Delivered — you've handed the parcel to the recipient.

Update the status at the right time: the sender tracks your progress in real time.

Good practices

• Check the parcel's condition at pickup and flag any pre-existing damage.
• Stick to the dates and time slots agreed during negotiation.
• If something unexpected comes up, let the sender know through the message thread.
