Manage my notifications

Notifications let you know about important events: new messages, mission progress, and more.

Settings

Go to Menu › Notifications to turn each category on or off:

• Negotiation messages — new messages from a sender in a thread.
• Shipment tracking — updates related to your ongoing missions.

Save

After adjusting the toggles, tap Save. Your preferences are kept on your account.

I'm not receiving notifications

• Check that the relevant category is turned on in the app.
• Check that the app's notifications are allowed in your phone's system settings.
• Staying responsive to messages improves your chances of being picked by senders.
