Manage my notifications

Notifications let you know about important events without having to keep the app open at all times.

Settings

Go to Menu › Notifications to turn each category on or off:

• Shipment tracking — progress updates for your parcels.
• Negotiation messages — new messages from a courier in a thread.

Other categories related to your payments, invoices, and received offers may also be available depending on your account.

Save

After adjusting the toggles, tap Save. Your preferences are kept on your account and apply across all your devices.

I'm not receiving notifications

• Check that the relevant category is switched on in the app.
• Check that notifications for the app are allowed in your phone's system settings.
